About Owner
Bruce and Lynette used to live in this unit after they retired from High Tech careers. It was never offered for rent until now. Bruce is a surfer and stand up paddle guy. Lynette just likes to go out on her paddle board. Lynette was the President of the Board of this complex for over 15 years. They have many friends still on the island. John, their son, is also an owner. John flies 747's for a living and lives in Austria but commutes to his office in Miami. John also owns a one bedroom unit on the top floor of D building. We've been managing that unit for over 25 years. The senior Poncin's currently split their time between a rebuild in the Santa Cruz mountains and their home in Stockt...

Quiet time: 10pm to 8amNo smoking complex, permitted only at designated smoking benches, never on lanai's.No umbrellas or chairs to be left outside the front door. Take them through to the back lanai.No loud play or audio devices in the pool area unless using ear pieces or headphones.Park only in your designated parking spot.A more complete listing will be provided by the front office upon check in.

$250 deposit will hold a booking, the balance due 3 weeks ahead of arrival date.
Late check out must be made at the time of booking. It takes our cleaners at least 4 hours to turn the unit. Late check out is 1/2 the cost of a nightly rate.
