The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals, and the amenities were fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, right across from the beach! We loved that everything we needed for a beach day was provided, wagon, umbrellas, cooler, and towels. It made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Parking was great too, with a well-lit area that made us feel safe and secure. Communication with John was quick and seamless, and he was such a helpful and friendly host. We would absolutely love to return and stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"You can't get closer to the beach than this -- it was awesome to have the Kamaole beach parks right across the street for morning snorkeling. Kihei was a great place to stay to have the option of exploring the fancier resorts to the south but to have more affordable options near us. The unit itself is clean and totally serviceable: there's A/C, washer & dryer, plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. We also appreciated being able to borrow the host's beach chairs. John was great about communication and gave us a very helpful list of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again."

"Couldn't have asked for anything more! Snug for a family of 6, but completely functional! The location cannot be beat! Walk out the door and take a few steps to the great pool or just a few more and your toes are in the sand. Walk to food, shops or a shave ice stand. The landscape is incredible. It was extremely quiet, clean, cool and pest free. Had every thing we needed for the beach and more. The pool rules felt a little excessive ie "no Marco Polo, no excessive splashing and no pool toys" but we were able to still have fun and be respectful of the rules even with little kids. This was our first AirBnB experience and I couldn't be happier. The convenience of being able to cook, have more than one room and bathroom for less than a hotel was awesome! John and the team were wonderful and you cannot beat the Island life. Maui was incredible and that was partly thanks to this condo! Cannot wait to visit again!"

"We experienced epic adventures on land, in the air, and at sea in Maui. Having a comfortable place to come home to each evening was a highlight of the trip. The kitchen was great and we made much use of it, enjoying a home-cooked breakfast to start each day and preparing a couple of fancy dinners during the week. "This is one of the best locations we have ever stayed. Quick walk across the street to a wonderful beach. The condo provides a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, cooler. Everything we needed for a wonderful day at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home however there are quite a number of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The facility provides plenty of space for 2 couples and a wonderful outside deck for morning coffee or evening wine. I would highly recommend renting this great spot. No complaints, it was a perfect 2 weeks. Thanks John"

"Our family of 4 -- including two grown children (18 and 22) -- thoroughly enjoyed staying at John's place! It was big enough for all of us and had so many wonderful amenities, as well as supplies for the beach, pool, and tennis courts. The condo was exactly like the photos and in a perfect location in Kihei to walk to all of the best spots, especially the beach. John was very quick with communications, as well. We used the grill by the pool and the tennis courts. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Love this spot!
