Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 60 days ahead of arrival we refund 1/2 of the initial payment.For cancellations within 60 days of arrival - we only refund what we can re-rent on a pro-rata basis.
COVID - 19 CANCELLATION POLICY: If Maui closes to trans-pacific travel or vacation rentals are no longer allowed to operate,and you are inside the 60 days (you've made full payment) then you have the option:
1. 100% credit to a future stay within 12 months OR
2. Refund equal to amount paid less 1 night rental. If we can re-rent your dates, we'll refund the 1 night as well

Wonderful Stay
"We had a wonderful stay. Appreciated flowers and trees that grace the property. The whales made an appearance during our dinner down near the lower pool. Pleasant, quiet swims at the pool included fun conversations with other guests. Loved the beach proximity with its waves and long walks . Our unit was extremely well equipped for beach fun, good sleep, and all we needed in the kitchen. Dream of returning with grandchildren. Aloha, Marilyn"

"We absolutely LOVED the location and accomodations. First, the condo unit was totally dialed in. We stocked up at the grocery, but it's hard to remember everything you may need. Kitchen and coffee area was amazing. Gave us ideas for how we want things set up at home. Master bedroom had nice features like dimable lights and remote control A/C. The property was spectacular with fantastic views and easy access to the beach. The main pool area by the beach had everything we needed to prepare nice meals and enjoy being outside on those beautiful Maui evenings. Would stay there again in heart beat. Being stocked up with boogie boards, umbrellas, beach towels, wagon etc. made things so easy. Was the best trip ever. Thank you!"
